FORGE ROOM FOUNDATION
From 2014 to 2023, Lance served as local outreach pastor at a church in Fort Worth, where he oversaw domestic outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships. Before entering full-time ministry in 2014, Lance owned a private wealth management firm and an insurance agency. He served as the chief technology officer (CTO) and vice president of marketing at one of the largest privately owned insurance agencies in the country. In addition, Lance enjoyed a successful career in the electronic music industry as a DJ, artist, label owner, radio host, and event promoter.
Lance brings unmatched creative energy, entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset, and passion to the ministry domain.
Lance received his B.A. in anthropology from Rollins College. He is a commissioned Colson Fellow, focusing on worldview, cultural analysis, and applied apologetics. Lance was awarded the Charles W. Colson Medal in May 2022 for his pioneering efforts in launching Colson Fellows programs in the local church.
Lance is passionate about helping fellow Christians think clearly, articulate a biblical worldview, and fulfill their mission by serving others and sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Lance is a writer and podcaster on his Revolution of Man platform, which covers worldview and culture, helping people think well and live boldly. He also writes about prayer and offers deeper theological reflections. He speaks and teaches on a wide range of topics, from culture, worldview, public theology, and apologetics to human trafficking, pro-life issues, and biblical leadership.
Lance serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, and he served on the Tarrant County 5 Stones Taskforce Steering Committee from 2017 to 2025. His commitment to combating the exploitation of the vulnerable and ending modern-day slavery has taken him to northern Iraq and opened direct lines of communication with the White House. He also serves on Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s Governor’s Response Against Child Exploitation (GRACE) initiative. He speaks at trainings and conferences on human trafficking.
In addition, Lance has twice participated in the National Day of Prayer event hosted by Dr. Ben Carson’s American Cornerstone Institute.
Lance hosts worldview seminars and events throughout Fort Worth. In the fall of 2025, the Forge Room Foundation launched the Christian Academic Society at Texas Christian University, teaching students how the Bible and Christian theology intersect with key issues of our cultural moment.
Lance and his wife have two children and one rescue dog. He enjoys evenings with his family in the country, ranching, hunting, swimming, kickboxing, intercessory prayer, and reading on a wide range of topics.

Our action or inaction today will shape the next century. We must recover Gospel GRIT (Guts, Resiliency, Integrity, and Tenacity) in the American Church.
